1Who is responsible
Triga Games is a trading name of ABE Sistem Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi ("ABE Sistem Teknolojileri A.Ş."), a company registered in Türkiye. The company is the data controller for Swipe Colosseum ("the Game") under the Turkish KVKK (Law no. 6698) and, where applicable, the EU and UK GDPR.

2What we collect — and what we do not
Before you agree to anything: nothing. The first time you open the Game it asks you to accept the Terms and shows you this Policy. Until you do, the Game sends nothing to our servers and requests no ads.
Without an account. Solo play needs no account. Your progress (gold, diamonds, level, best score, owned blocks and arenas) is stored only on your phone, and nothing about you is sent to our servers. The exceptions are the ad requests described in section 3 and any purchase you make through Google Play.
Signing in with Google Play Games. Duels need an account, and your progress follows you to a new phone only with one. The Game signs you in with the Google Play Games profile on your phone, the way other Android games do: automatically at launch once you have accepted the Terms, if the Google Play Games app on your phone has automatic sign-in switched on; otherwise when you press SIGN IN. The first time on each device, Google's own screen asks for your permission — cancelling it keeps you signed out, and nothing about you reaches us. You can also turn automatic sign-in off in the Google Play Games app. We never see your Google password.
When you sign in, Google gives our authentication provider your Google account identifier and, as Google supplies them, your e-mail address, name and profile picture. Google's one-time sign-in code is exchanged by our own server (section 5). We use these details only to recognise your account when you sign in again. They are never shown to other players and never used for marketing. We do not receive your Play Games gamer name, friends list or achievements.
Once you are signed in we store, linked to your account:
- your display name — generated by the Game (e.g. "STONE1234") and changeable by you from your profile; it is visible to other players, so do not put personal information in it
- gameplay progress: gold, diamonds, experience and level, best score, trophies and rank, wins and losses, owned blocks, arenas and colour schemes, and the block you wear — this is what lets your progress follow you to a new phone
- duel data: which duels you played, your scores in them and their results, the block you wore, and the timing of each swipe in the duel, which is what lets your opponent watch your half of the duel replayed
- the date your account was created
- basic technical logs kept by our hosting and relay providers (such as the IP address at the time of a request), retained for a few days for security and abuse prevention
We keep no record of your purchases — Google Play does. The Game stores only the resulting balances and whether you own Remove Ads, and it never sees your payment details.
We do not collect your contacts, precise location, or anything from your device storage, and we use no third-party analytics — see the Advertising section below for what showing an ad collects.
3Advertising
The Game shows ads through Google AdMob, our advertising partner. To select, show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, AdMob collects your device's advertising identifier (Android's Advertising ID), your IP address (from which it derives an approximate location), device and app information, crash and diagnostic data, and ad-interaction data (which ads were shown, clicked or completed). This data is shared with Google for those purposes, and where you have allowed it, Google uses it to personalise the ads you see. We do not choose which ads are shown and do not see this data beyond aggregate reporting.
Before the first ad request, where your region requires it (the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the Game shows Google's consent screen (the User Messaging Platform). You can change your choice at any time from SETUP, then LEGAL, then AD CHOICES — the button appears wherever those consent rules apply. Declining personalised ads may reduce or stop the ads shown; it never blocks anything else in the Game, and the Game never waits on this choice. You can also reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalised ads from your phone's own settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads), and the Remove Ads purchase stops interstitial ads altogether.

4Why, and on what legal basis
We process this data to run the Game's online features (duels, matchmaking, rankings, your progress across phones), to deliver purchases and ads, and to keep the Game fair and secure. The legal bases are: performing our contract with you (the Terms) for your account, duels and purchases; our legitimate interest in a fair, secure Game for anti-cheat measures and technical logs; and your consent for personalised advertising where the law requires it — which you can withdraw at any time through AD CHOICES or your phone's settings. Under KVKK these are the grounds in article 5(2)(c), 5(2)(f) and article 5(1) respectively.
5Where it lives, who sees it, and transfers abroad
Game data is stored on our own server in Türkiye, operated by us. Your phone reaches it through Cloudflare, Inc.'s network (a tunnel; Cloudflare also hosts this website). Every request and reply between the Game and our server is sealed end to end with keys Cloudflare does not hold, so what passes through its network is encrypted bytes and your IP address, nothing it can read. Sign-in is provided by Google Play Games Services, purchases are processed by Google Play, and ads are served by Google AdMob; for the sign-in and advertising data described above Google acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy, https://policies.google.com/privacy . We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone beyond these named providers, except where the law requires us to.
Other players — and anyone using the Game — can see your display name, your rank and trophies, your duel scores and results, the block you wore in a duel, the replay of your swipes in that duel, and when your account was created. Nothing else about you is visible to other players.
Transfers abroad. Your account data does not leave Türkiye. Google processes the sign-in and advertising data described above in the United States and elsewhere under its own safeguards; Cloudflare carries only the sealed traffic and your IP address. For players in the EEA and the UK, Google's processing rests on the standard contractual clauses in its data-processing terms; for players in Türkiye, on the safeguards of KVKK article 9 with Google.
6How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists; deleting the account (section 7) removes it at once. We may delete accounts that have not signed in for two years, after telling you at the e-mail address on the account where we can. Progress made without signing in lives only on your phone and goes with the Game when you uninstall it. Technical logs are kept for a few days.
7Your rights, including deletion
Under KVKK (article 11) and the GDPR (articles 15–21) you may ask what we hold about you, request correction, deletion or restriction, receive a copy of your data, object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw any consent at any time. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr) or to your local data protection authority.
You can delete your account and all its data from inside the Game (SETUP, then LEGAL, then DELETE ACCOUNT) or, without the Game installed, by e-mailing [email protected] from the Google account you signed in with — display names are not unique, so we cannot act on a name alone. Deletion removes your account, its link to your Google account, your progress, duel data and display name from our systems immediately; purchase and advertising records held by Google are governed by Google's own policy. Signing out is not deletion: a signed-out account stays on our servers until you delete it.
8Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and signing in requires a Google account. It contains no chat; the only text you can enter is your display name, which other players can see.
9Changes
We will update this policy as the Game changes (for example when new online features launch) and show material changes in the Game, where you will be asked to accept them again.

2Hangi verileri topluyoruz — ve hangilerini toplamıyoruz
Siz kabul etmeden önce: hiçbir şey. Oyun ilk açılışta Sözleşme'yi kabul etmenizi ister ve bu Politika'yı gösterir. Kabul edene kadar Oyun sunucularımıza hiçbir veri göndermez ve reklam istemez.
Hesapsız. Tek kişilik oyun hesap istemez. İlerlemeniz (altın, elmas, seviye, en iyi skor, sahip olunan bloklar ve arenalar) yalnızca telefonunuzda saklanır ve sizinle ilgili hiçbir veri sunucularımıza gönderilmez. Bunun istisnaları 3. bölümde açıklanan reklam istekleri ve Google Play üzerinden yaptığınız satın almalardır.
Google Play Games ile giriş. Düellolar hesap gerektirir; ilerlemenizin yeni bir telefonda sizi izlemesi de ancak hesapla mümkündür. Oyun, diğer Android oyunları gibi, sizi telefonunuzdaki Google Play Games profiliyle oturum açtırır: telefonunuzdaki Google Play Games uygulamasında otomatik oturum açma açıksa, Sözleşme'yi kabul ettikten sonra açılışta kendiliğinden; değilse SIGN IN'e bastığınızda. Her cihazda ilk seferinde Google'ın kendi ekranı izninizi ister — iptal ederseniz oturum açılmaz ve sizinle ilgili hiçbir veri bize ulaşmaz. Otomatik oturum açmayı Google Play Games uygulamasından kapatabilirsiniz. Google şifrenizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.
Oturum açtığınızda Google, kimlik doğrulama sağlayıcımıza Google hesap kimliğinizi ve Google'ın ilettiği biçimiyle e-posta adresinizi, adınızı ve profil fotoğrafınızı verir. Google'ın tek seferlik oturum açma kodunu kendi sunucumuz değiştirir (5. bölüm). Bu bilgileri yalnızca yeniden oturum açtığınızda hesabınızı tanımak için kullanırız. Diğer oyunculara asla gösterilmez ve pazarlama için asla kullanılmaz. Play Games oyuncu adınızı, arkadaş listenizi veya başarımlarınızı almayız.
Oturum açtıktan sonra hesabınıza bağlı olarak şunları saklarız:

- hesabınızın oluşturulma tarihi
- barındırma ve aktarıcı sağlayıcılarımızın güvenlik ve kötüye kullanımı önleme amacıyla birkaç gün tuttuğu teknik kayıtlar (istek anındaki IP adresi gibi)
Satın almalarınızın kaydını tutmayız — Google Play tutar. Oyun yalnızca ortaya çıkan bakiyeleri ve Reklamları Kaldır'a sahip olup olmadığınızı saklar; ödeme bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmez.
Rehberinizi, hassas konumunuzu veya cihaz deponuzdan herhangi bir veriyi toplamayız ve üçüncü taraf analitik kullanmayız — bir reklamın gösteriminin neyi topladığı için aşağıdaki Reklamcılık bölümüne bakın.
3Reklamcılık
Oyun, reklam ortağımız Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. AdMob, reklamları seçmek, göstermek, ölçmek ve sahtekârlığı önlemek için cihazınızın reklam kimliğini (Android Advertising ID), IP adresinizi (bundan yaklaşık konum türetir), cihaz ve uygulama bilgilerini, çökme ve tanılama verilerini ve reklam etkileşim verilerini (hangi reklamların gösterildiği, tıklandığı veya tamamlandığı) toplar. Bu veriler bu amaçlarla Google ile paylaşılır ve izin verdiğiniz ölçüde Google bunları gördüğünüz reklamları kişiselleştirmek için kullanır. Hangi reklamın gösterileceğini biz seçmeyiz ve toplu raporlama dışında bu verileri görmeyiz.
İlk reklam talebinden önce, bölgenizin gerektirdiği durumlarda (AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre) Oyun, Google'ın onay ekranını (Kullanıcı Mesajlaşma Platformu) gösterir. Seçiminizi istediğiniz zaman SETUP, ardından LEGAL, ardından AD CHOICES yolundan değiştirebilirsiniz — bu düğme, söz konusu onay kurallarının geçerli olduğu her yerde görünür. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları reddetmek gösterilen reklamları azaltabilir veya durdurabilir; Oyunda başka hiçbir şeyi engellemez ve Oyun bu seçimi asla beklemez. Reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlamak veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlardan çıkmak için telefonunuzun kendi ayarlarını da kullanabilirsiniz (Android: Ayarlar > Google > Reklamlar); Reklamları Kaldır satın alımı geçiş reklamlarını tamamen durdurur.

4Amaç ve hukuki dayanak
Bu verileri Oyunun çevrimiçi özelliklerini çalıştırmak (düello, eşleştirme, sıralama, ilerlemenizin telefonlar arasında taşınması), satın almaları ve reklamları teslim etmek ve Oyunu adil ve güvenli tutmak için işleriz. Hukuki dayanaklar şunlardır: hesabınız, düellolar ve satın almalar için sizinle yaptığımız sözleşmenin (Sözleşme) ifası; hile önleme tedbirleri ve teknik kayıtlar için adil ve güvenli bir Oyun yürütmedeki meşru menfaatimiz; yasanın gerektirdiği yerlerde kişiselleştirilmiş reklamcılık için açık rızanız — bunu AD CHOICES'tan veya telefon ayarlarınızdan istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz. KVKK bakımından bunlar sırasıyla madde 5/2-c, 5/2-f ve 5/1'deki sebeplerdir.
5Nerede saklanır, kim görür, yurt dışına aktarım
Oyun verileri, bizim işlettiğimiz Türkiye'deki kendi sunucumuzda saklanır. Telefonunuz sunucuya Cloudflare, Inc. ağı üzerinden (bir tünel; Cloudflare bu web sitesini de barındırır) ulaşır. Oyun ile sunucumuz arasındaki her istek ve yanıt, Cloudflare'in sahip olmadığı anahtarlarla uçtan uca mühürlenir; ağından geçen şey şifreli baytlar ve IP adresinizdir, okuyabileceği hiçbir şey değildir. Oturum açma Google Play Games Services tarafından sağlanır, satın almalar Google Play tarafından işlenir, reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur; yukarıda açıklanan oturum açma ve reklam verileri bakımından Google, kendi gizlilik politikası (https://policies.google.com/privacy) kapsamında bağımsız bir veri sorumlusudur. Verileriniz satılmaz ve yasal zorunluluk dışında adı geçen bu sağlayıcılar dışında kimseyle paylaşılmaz.
Diğer oyuncular — ve Oyunu kullanan herkes — takma adınızı, rütbenizi ve kupalarınızı, düello skorlarınızı ve sonuçlarınızı, bir düelloda taktığınız bloğu, o düellodaki kaydırmalarınızın tekrarını ve hesabınızın ne zaman oluşturulduğunu görebilir. Sizinle ilgili başka hiçbir şey diğer oyunculara görünmez.
Yurt dışına aktarım. Hesap verileriniz Türkiye'den çıkmaz. Google, yukarıda açıklanan oturum açma ve reklam verilerini kendi güvenceleriyle Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde ve başka yerlerde işler; Cloudflare yalnızca mühürlü trafiği ve IP adresinizi taşır. AEA ve Birleşik Krallık'taki oyuncular için Google'ın işlemesi kendi veri işleme şartlarındaki standart sözleşme hükümlerine; Türkiye'deki oyuncular için KVKK 9. maddesindeki güvencelere dayanır.
6Saklama süresi
Hesap verileri hesabınız var olduğu sürece tutulur; hesabı silmek (7. bölüm) verileri anında kaldırır. İki yıl boyunca oturum açılmamış hesapları, mümkün olduğunda hesaptaki e-posta adresine haber vererek silebiliriz. Giriş yapmadan elde edilen ilerleme yalnızca telefonunuzda durur ve Oyunu kaldırdığınızda onunla birlikte gider. Teknik kayıtlar birkaç gün tutulur.
7Haklarınız ve silme
KVKK madde 11 ve GDPR madde 15–21 kapsamında hakkınızda hangi verilerin tutulduğunu sorabilir; düzeltme, silme veya sınırlama talep edebilir; verilerinizin bir kopyasını alabilir; meşru menfaate dayalı işlemeye itiraz edebilir ve verdiğiniz her rızayı istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na (kvkk.gov.tr) veya bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi Oyun içinden (SETUP, ardından LEGAL, ardından DELETE ACCOUNT) veya Oyun kurulu olmadan, oturum açtığınız Google hesabından [email protected] adresine e-posta göndererek silebilirsiniz — takma adlar benzersiz olmadığından yalnızca ada dayanarak işlem yapamayız. Silme; hesabınızı, Google hesabınızla bağlantısını, ilerlemenizi, düello verilerinizi ve takma adınızı sistemlerimizden anında kaldırır. Google'ın tuttuğu satın alma ve reklam kayıtları Google'ın kendi politikasına tabidir. Oturumu kapatmak silme değildir: oturumu kapatılmış bir hesap siz silene kadar sunucularımızda kalır.
8Çocuklar
Oyun 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve giriş yapmak bir Google hesabı gerektirir. Sohbet içermez; girebileceğiniz tek metin, diğer oyuncuların görebildiği takma adınızdır.
9Değişiklikler
Bu politika Oyun değiştikçe (örneğin yeni çevrimiçi özellikler yayına girdiğinde) güncellenecek; önemli değişiklikler Oyun içinde gösterilecek ve yeniden kabulünüz istenecektir.
